  • Cluster Head of the territory
4. Scope of Work
  • Sales and Service Targets for designated Area
  • Leadership and Administrative responsibility
    of the team
  • Regular interaction with customers through
    group meetings, site promotions and presentations
  • Client Visits
  • Sales team performance monitoring,
    feedback and training
  • Developer Level tie-ups and promotions at
    developer sites
  • Executing Branding / Marketing activities
    in the catchment area through the team

  • Cluster Head
  • MFI/CSC local staff
    (where we have national/regional relationship)
  • Developers in their area/city
  • NGO’s / Government bodies in their
    area/cities
  • Customer groups/opinion leaders in
    catchment areas

  2. Satisfactorily Manage Developer / MFI / NGO
    relationship in the area
  3. Effective resolution of customer issues / complaints

    promotions/presentations/meetings
7. Responsibilities
  1. Responsible for managing RM teams across his / her including induction and training from time to time
  2. Responsible for partner management, support and operations
  3. Responsible for driving sales by coordinating partner/ sales and operations efforts
  4. Ensuring team’s adherence to policies and corporate governance standards
  5. Responsible for marketing events including but not limited to roadshows, as developer site promotions in his/ her area
Capabilities and competencies
  1. High Customer service and Customer-conversion Orientation; High initiative
  2. Excellent Selling and Persuasion skills with confidence to engage customers.
  3. Good Communication skills to communicate in hierarchy
  4. Should be able to manage teams across his / her area
  5. Language – English , Regional Language and Hindi desirable
  6. Excellent Relationship Management Skills to work with partners
  7. Computer proficient – Word / Excel / e-mail / Web based system
  8. Pleasant & well-groomed personality.
8. Experience Around 3-4 years in sales preferably in financial services
9. Qualification MBA
10. Age & Social Profile 25 -35 years, Male/Female
11. Sourcing (Industry) Financial-MFI’s, Retail Stores, Hospitality, Pharma salesman, LIC agents, employees of Fin. Distribution etc)
12. Salary Rs 25000-4500035000 per month approx.
