5. Scope of Work
  • Compliance with KYC regulations as per internal KYC policy adherence
  • Risk categorization of clients as per internal risk policy adherence
  • File deaccessioning as per our product policy adherence
  • Review Vendor management process by the braches
  • Review of communication of process /charges to clients
  • AML policy adherence on cash transactions and suspicious transactions
  • Review the all MIS’s
  • Process, System and Product training

8. Responsibilities
  1. Responsible to give process, product and system training in his/ her designated area’s
  2. Responsible to find out loophole of the process and make control check points
  3. Responsible to check the process adherence
  4. Review and analysis the service provider management, support and operations
  5. Review the monitoring credit teams performance and feedback process
  6. Suggest the process improvement areas
