4. Scope of Work
  • In charge of branch maintenance and administration
  • Front end credit underwriting and customer meetings
  • Vendor management including lawyers, valuers, fraud agencies etc
  • Attending to walk ins into branches & visiting clients at their place of work
  • Early collections
  • Property document management
  • Interfacing with disbursal bank and handling front end disbursal process
  • Portfolio evaluation and delinquency management
  • Project evaluation and progress tracking
  • Customer service

7. Responsibilities
  1. Ensuring error free underwriting of loan customers in line with approved processes and policies
  2. Meeting with clients, evaluating them, transparently advising intricate details of our products and treating them with respect
  3. File completion and data entry into system.
  4. Update and upkeep of the branch
  5. Overall portfolio quality of the branch
  6. Property document management

8. Experience Atleast 1 years in financial services preferably in our target segment –Housing finance/Auto/Any Loan Segment
9. Qualification Minimum graduate
10. Age & Social Profile 22-30 years, Male/Female
11. Sourcing (Industry) Financial- MFI’s, CPA employees, collections units of leading Banks/financial institutions
12. Salary Rs 10000-17000 per month plus Incentives
