||Job Key Responsibilities:
- Receive calls and sell subscription plans in our fast paced call and web based operations centre
- Respond to customer inquiries received via calls & live chat
- Sell Subscription Plans and enrol customers as per process & policies
of Technical Services
- Primary specialists in the education and understanding of technical
support issues related to software and general assistance with various
applications used by Technical Services.
- Identify and selling, then document and retrieve pertinent
information for logging, tracking and further escalation.
||Candidate Profile & Technical Skills:
||Basic knowledge of computers, laptops, operating systems and computer hardware Good working knowledge of the Internet
||Advance troubleshooting skills for at least one of the following:
||Computer Desktop, including software and hardware knowledge Computer Laptop, including software and hardware knowledge
||One of the Operating systems from the following:
||Windows 8, Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows XP. Peripherals like Printers, Scanners and Multifunction Devices Virus eradication including Manual Virus removal Networking
Technical Sales (30-40 candidates) Employee incentives could go upto 55k-65kTop priority position
